Shielding

Shielding tools work energetically on a spiritual and metaphysical level to shield us from everything that lowers our vibration. Many times we are unaware of the impact of ambient or directed negative energy until we are so far gone that our emotional or physical bodies become unbalanced or dis-eased. A variety of shielding techniques will be examined, as well as learning how to cut cords so that we are no longer affected by those that drain our energy. We will close with a whimsical shield, the faery circle.
